The 24V Battery Electric Diesel Pump 85L is a self-priming fuel transfer pump designed for high-capacity diesel dispensing in mobile and fixed applications. It is suitable for workshops, agricultural use, construction sites, and fleet refuelling where reliable 24V battery-powered operation is required.

The pump operates on a 24V DC power supply and delivers a flow rate of up to 85 l/min. Its rotary vane self-priming design ensures consistent suction and stable fuel delivery. A built-in by-pass valve manages internal pressure during operation, while a 100-micron stainless steel filter helps protect the system from fuel contamination.

The pump features a cast iron body for durability in demanding environments. It uses a sintered steel impeller and acetyl resin vanes to support efficient and reliable pumping performance. An IP55-rated motor protection system enhances operational safety. A 4 m power cable with 6 mm² wiring, clamps, and a fuse allows direct connection to a 24V battery system.
