These drip trays are manufactured from high grade Polyethylene making them very durable and UV resistant. In addition they are forklift friendly, portable and ideal to prevent and bund spillages of 25L, 210L and 1000L containers. They can be used on temporary construction sites, ever changing sites or sites that have multiple loading/offloading sites.

You can only store Hydrocarbons in designated areas where you can contain and quarantine potential spillages to prevent contamination of the environment. For example, the use of permanent bunding and/or drip trays with sufficient capacity.

Almost all SANS and Municipal By-Law Regulations require a holding capacity of 110% of the largest tank within the bund. Or 25% of the total capacity of all the tanks within the bund whichever is the greatest. In addition, further International best practices & SHEQ Policy & Procedure recommend additional measures such as providing sufficient height of wall above the maximum holding capacity to accommodate dynamic factors (EG: Accidental rupturing or puncturing of a flow bin or IBC). As a rule (and unless specific local laws prevail) most operators work to the 110% capacity.
