Manufactured with 100% metal components, the unit features a billet aircraft-grade anodised aluminium cap for improved impact resistance compared to plastic or cast alternatives. The internal float and sealing balls are housed in a rigid ball tube, providing a stable sealing mechanism that is resistant to vibration and movement. This design supports consistent performance and reduces the risk of damage during operation.

The captured ball configuration ensures reliable and repeatable sealing, while the robust aluminium construction enhances durability in demanding environments. The vent is available in a range of configurations, including male or female threaded outlets, anti-vandalism sleeves, and half couplings. Stem tube lengths are available in standard sizes or can be specified to suit application requirements.
