This high-performance 2″ 2-Wire Hydraulic Hose is for demanding hydraulic applications with high working pressures and extreme operating conditions. Designed to meet SAE 100 R2AT and DIN 20022 2SN standards, this hose is built for reliability and strength in both industrial and mobile hydraulic systems.

Featuring a durable synthetic rubber inner tube (NBR), this hose is resistant to oil and designed to carry a wide range of hydraulic fluids, including mineral oils, biodegradable oils, polyglycol-based fluids, water/oil emulsions, and water. Reinforced with two layers of high tensile steel wire braids, it delivers a working pressure of 80 bar and a burst pressure of 320 bar. Thus ensuring safety and durability even under high peak loads.

The outer cover is from SBR synthetic rubber, providing excellent abrasion, oil, and weather resistance. It’s also MSHA flame retardant approved, making it suitable for use in environments where fire safety is a concern.

With an internal diameter of 2” (DN 51) and an outer diameter of 66.7mm, this hose is ideal for hydraulic systems in construction, agriculture, industrial machinery, and more.
