The Meclube 24L Foaming Device Sprayer is a durable and efficient solution for applying low-density lubricating oils, detergents, disinfectants, and similar liquids. Designed for workshop, industrial, and maintenance environments, this unit delivers consistent foam application without requiring a continuous connection to a compressor.

The tank should be filled to three-quarters capacity, then pressurised with air at 6–8 bar to operate. Once charged, the sprayer works independently, offering flexibility and ease of movement during use. The powder-coated finish enhances durability and resistance to wear in demanding environments.

Supplied equipment includes:

• 1 x 20 bar PVC hose (8 x 13 mm), 8 m length with bayonet connection

• 1 x Spray gun with 600 mm stainless steel pipe

• 1 x Foaming coupler

• 600 mm stainless steel pipe

• Reinforced polypropylene (P.P.) body with fibreglass

• AISI 316 stainless steel ball

• Stainless steel internal components with Viton seals

• 110° fan nozzle, Ø 1.1 mm

• 50 mesh stainless steel cup filter
