The Meclube Industrial Pneumatic Pump Mod. 1240 is a heavy-duty air-operated pump designed for high-pressure transfer of high-viscosity grease and oils in industrial and centralised lubrication systems. It supports greases up to NLGI 3 and is suitable for both short and long-distance distribution networks.

The pump operates with a 40:1 compression ratio and delivers a constant, continuous flow through its double-acting design. It consumes 2.9 m³/min of air at 8 bar and operates within a working pressure range of 3 to 8 bar. At maximum operating conditions, it delivers a flow rate of up to 10,000 g/min, supporting high-volume lubrication systems with multiple distribution points.

This model features a 940 mm shank and is designed for use with standard 180–220 kg grease drums. Polyurethane seals improve durability and sealing performance under demanding conditions. Meclube recommends using filtered and lubricated air to optimise efficiency and extend service life.
