The unit operates from a 16 kg wheeled tank fitted with a spring-loaded follower plate (Ø 220 mm) to maintain consistent grease feed. A pedal mechanism drives the system, delivering approximately 60 g of grease every 10 cycles, with a maximum output pressure of 400 bar for high-pressure lubrication tasks.

The pump includes a 2 m high-pressure hose, a rigid 200 mm pipe, and a 4-jaw coupling for secure connection during grease application. A control cock (M-F 10×1 mm) regulates flow for improved dispensing accuracy. The wheeled design supports easy movement around workshop environments, improving accessibility during maintenance operations.
