BSK’s Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution for safely conveying a wide range of fluids, even those with larger-than-normal particle sizes. Built with a focus on simplicity, durability, and energy efficiency, this pump is well-suited for demanding industrial environments where performance and cost control are essential.

The pump’s uniquely engineered design allows for the transfer of abrasive, viscous, or particle-laden fluids without compromising efficiency. It supports dry suction up to 6.7 mm and handles particles up to 6 mm in size. BSK’s upgraded exhaust system minimizes noise (rated at just 75 dB at 70 psi) and significantly reduces icing—one of the most common issues in diaphragm pump operations. This innovation also leads to reduced air consumption, helping to lower overall operational costs.

Flange connections conform to ANSI and DIN standards, ensuring compatibility with standard piping systems. With a flow rate of up to 378.5 L/min and a working air pressure range of 0.10 to 0.83 Mpa, this lightweight 18 kg unit is both powerful and versatile for use across multiple industries.
