The BSK Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump offers a safe, efficient, and low-maintenance solution for fluid transfer in a wide range of applications. With a compact and lightweight design, this model is ideal for smaller systems or tight installation spaces, while still maintaining excellent performance and reliability. Its dual-diaphragm operation enables consistent, pulse-free fluid movement and allows the pump to handle materials with suspended particles up to 2.5 mm in size.

Operating at air pressures between 0.15 and 0.69 Mpa, this unit delivers a maximum outlet pressure of 0.69 Mpa and a flow rate of 45.3 liters per minute. It also offers dry suction capability up to 4.1 mm, making it suitable for light-duty industrial, chemical, and OEM applications.

The newly designed exhaust area helps reduce operational noise (75 dB @70 psi) and significantly minimizes the risk of icing, a common issue in similar pump types. This design also contributes to reduced air consumption, helping lower energy usage and operational costs over time.

Featuring multiple port configurations and ANSI/DIN flange compatibility, this BSK diaphragm pump is a versatile, plug-and-play solution for fluid transfer systems.
