BSK’s Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump offers a compact, efficient, and safe solution for transferring a wide range of fluids, including those containing small solid particles. Designed for versatility and ease of use, this pump is well-suited for chemical processing, general industrial applications, and low- to medium-flow transfer operations.

Its simple and robust construction allows for reliable operation while handling fluids with particles up to 3 mm in diameter. The pump supports a maximum dry suction of 6.7 mm and operates at air pressures between 0.10 and 0.83 Mpa, offering strong performance in a lightweight 9.5 kg frame.

One of BSK’s key innovations lies in the exhaust system, which has been redesigned to significantly reduce noise (75 dB @ 70 psi) and minimize the risk of icing—a common issue in AODD pumps. This improvement also contributes to reduced air consumption, helping operators lower energy usage and running costs.

Built with ANSI and DIN standard flanges, this pump easily integrates with existing systems and piping setups. With a flow rate of up to 192 L/min, it offers reliable fluid transfer in a wide variety of environments.
