BSK’s compact Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump offers a reliable and efficient solution for transferring a wide range of fluids, including abrasive or particle-filled liquids. Featuring a simple yet highly effective dual-diaphragm design, the pump uses reciprocating motion to deliver consistent flow. Its ability to handle fluids containing particles up to 3 mm makes it suitable for use in industrial, chemical, food processing, and wastewater applications.

This model delivers a maximum flow rate of 192 liters per minute and operates at air pressures ranging from 0.10 to 0.83 Mpa. It offers a maximum outlet pressure of 0.83 Mpa and dry suction capabilities up to 6.7 mm. Weighing just 9.5 kg, it provides a lightweight yet durable option for compact spaces and mobile setups.

BSK has engineered this pump with a redesigned exhaust area to reduce noise levels (75 dB at 70 psi) and minimize the risk of icing—two common concerns with diaphragm pumps. Additionally, this design lowers air consumption, helping to reduce energy use and overall operating costs.
