K7 Lincoln pump element.

The Lincoln Quicklub system provides a relatively simple and inexpensive method of centralizing or automating the lubrication process. A Lincoln Quicklub system can supply lubricant manually, with a grease gun. Or it can supply lubricant through a fully automated system using electric or pneumatic pumps and progressive metering valves. The Quicklub Electrical pumps are vibration-resistant and shock-resistant for use on mobile equipment. Quicklub pumps cater to all industry applications involving small and mid-size machinery and systems with up to 250 lubrication points.

Quicklub pumps are available in several variations with either AC or DC supply voltage. They are therefore suitable for stationary or mobile equipment (e.g. trucks, construction machines or agricultural machinery). Quicklub pumps are designed for interval operation. They feature a unique lightweight synthetic housing and are available with an integrated timer control unit.

You can fit the pumps with up to 3 individual pump elements. These elements are available in 3 different sizes with fixed output. An adjustable element is also available. You can set it to match your requirements. Reservoir size comes in 2, 4, 8 and 15 litre capacity. For confined spaces, a special 2l flat reservoir is also available.

The Quicklub SSV and SSVD divider valves are solid block-type metering valves and do not have fault-prone seals. As a result they can be used without problems at high back pressure and are suitable for a wide range of temperatures. The maximum operating pressure is 350 bar. The SSV/SSVD progressive metering devices are available from 6 to 22 outlets and SSV L from 6 to 14 outlets and can be provided with an indicator pin to allow visual monitoring, which confirms a valve has completed a full cycle.
