ATS Lava Wrap Protection Sleeving is designed to provide reliable thermal insulation for exhaust systems exposed to extreme temperatures. Manufactured from basalt fibres derived from pulverised lava rock, this sleeving combines a high-tech carbon fibre appearance with exceptional strength and durability.

The material is highly pliable, making it easy to install around headers, exhaust pipes, and components with tight bends. It is resistant to discoloration and capable of withstanding continuous direct contact temperatures of up to 980°C (1800°F), making it well suited to demanding automotive and industrial applications.

By wrapping exhaust headers and pipes, ATS Lava Wrap helps retain higher exhaust gas temperatures.
