Tall Boy Tank & Frame, 1000L

Frame: Mild steel frame. Ø25mm x 2 round tubing. Each frame has top lift facilities. It also has a pallet base of 3mm mild steel with 2 fork lift entry points. Each fork entry point is 97mm high.

The Chemtainer has UN approval, from a third party test facility, for the transportation of dangerous liquids. The test resulted in certification for Group 2 and Group 3 chemicals. Designed for multiple trips and you can use it for up to 5 years while still carrying the UN certification.

Medium density UV stabilised Polyethylene construction by means of rotational molding. It is possible to stack these Chemtainers.

IBC Chemtainers and Frames are available in 1600L, 1000L Fat Boy, 600L and 300L capacity.

Additional Information:

• The manufacturers check each Chemtainer individually for leaks
• The manufacturers freeze samples of every batch of polymer at -29° C and then subject them to high impact by a projectile dropped from a height of 4 meters. Under such conditions a faulty sample will become brittle and shatter on impact. As some Chemtainers make their way to sub-zero temperatures it is essential that the possibility of failure is elliminated altogether. The manufacturers only use polymers which are 100% stable in production of the chemtainers.
