The 12V Battery Electric Diesel Pump 85L is a self-priming fuel transfer pump designed for mobile diesel dispensing applications. It is suitable for use in workshops, agricultural environments, construction sites, and fleet maintenance operations where portable fuel transfer is required.

The pump operates on a 12V DC power supply and delivers a flow rate of up to 85 l/min. Its rotary vane self-priming design enables reliable suction and consistent fuel delivery. A built-in by-pass valve regulates internal pressure during operation, while a 100-micron stainless steel filter helps protect the system from contaminants in the fuel.

The pump body is constructed from cast iron for strength and durability. It uses a sintered steel impeller and acetyl resin vanes to support efficient pumping performance. An IP55-rated motor protection system supports safe operation in industrial environments. A 4 m power cable with 6 mm² wiring, clamps, and fuse provides direct connection to a battery power source.
