1000L Tall Boy Chemtainer Frame, black

Mild steel frame. Ø25mm x 2 round tubing. Each frame has top lift facilities. It also has a pallet base of 3mm mild steel with 2 fork lift entry points. Each fork entry point is 97mm high.

Chemtainers are available in 1600L, 1000L, 600L and 300L capacity. Each Chemtainer has UN approval, from a third party test facility, for the transportation of dangerous liquids. The test resulted in certification for Group 2 and Group 3 chemicals. Designed for mutliple trips and you can use it for up to 5 years while still carrying the UN certification.

Medium density UV stabilised Polyethylene construction by means of rotational molding. It is possible to stack these Chemtainers. They can stack 2 high when they are full and 3 high when they are empty.

The Chemtainer IBS has a filling aperture of 126mm diameter. You can find it the top centre of the tank.

• The manufacturers check each Chemtainer individually for leaks
• The manufacturers freeze samples of every batch of polymer at -29° C and then subject them to high impact by a projectile dropped from a height of 4 meters. Under such conditions a faulty sample will become brittle and shatter on impact. As some Chemtainers make their way to sub-zero temperatures it is essential that the possibility of failure is elliminated altogether. The manufacturers only use polymers which are 100% stable in production of the chemtainers.
