The 310mm Follower Plate Ø30mm Shank is designed for use with drum-mounted grease pumps featuring a 30 mm shank. It ensures consistent grease delivery by maintaining contact between the grease surface and the pump intake throughout operation.

The plate fits drums with a 18–30 kg capacity and moves downward as grease is dispensed. Atmospheric pressure, created by pump suction, keeps the plate in contact with the product, helping to feed grease directly into the pump while preventing air pockets from forming. This improves flow stability and reduces interruptions during dispensing.

The follower plate also scrapes residual grease from the drum walls, helping to maximise product usage and reduce waste. It is particularly useful in low-temperature conditions or when working with high-viscosity greases that may resist flow.
