The Manual Grease Pump for 18–30kg Drums is a complete high-pressure grease dispensing system designed for workshop, maintenance, and industrial lubrication applications. It provides reliable manual grease delivery directly from medium-capacity drums.

The system delivers grease at pressures up to 400 bar and dispenses approximately 60 g of grease every 10 lever cycles. Its manual operation allows dependable use without compressed air or electrical power, making it suitable for mobile servicing and general workshop maintenance.

The kit includes a drum lid and follower plate designed for 18–30 kg drums with Ø30 mm shank pumps. The follower plate maintains consistent grease flow by reducing air pockets and helping move grease from the drum walls toward the pump intake. A 2 m rubber hose, brass cock, and rigid pipe with 4-jaw fitting provide controlled grease application and ease of use during servicing tasks.
