The Meclube Industrial Pneumatic Grease Pump Mod. 1270 is a high-pressure air-operated pump designed for transferring high-viscosity grease and oils in industrial lubrication systems. It supports greases up to NLGI 3 and is suitable for both short and long-distance distribution networks with multiple lubrication points.

The pump operates with a 70:1 compression ratio and uses a double-acting system to deliver a constant and continuous grease flow. It consumes 2.9 m³/min of air at 8 bar and operates within a working pressure range of 3 to 8 bar. At maximum operating conditions, it delivers a flow rate of up to 6000 g/min, supporting reliable performance in centralised lubrication systems.

This model features a 940 mm shank and is designed for standard 180–220 kg grease drums. Polyurethane seals improve durability and maintain sealing performance under demanding operating conditions. Meclube recommends using filtered and lubricated air to optimise efficiency and extend pump life.
