BSK’s Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump (AODD) is an advanced, dependable solution for transferring a wide variety of fluids in industrial, chemical, and process applications. Also known simply as a double diaphragm pump, this unit utilizes a reciprocating motion with two flexible diaphragms to move fluid efficiently through the system. Its robust design allows it to handle a broad range of substances, including thin solvents, viscous liquids, abrasive slurries, and fluids containing particles up to 7 mm in diameter.

This high-flow model delivers a maximum output of 667 liters per minute and operates at air pressures between 0.10 and 0.83 Mpa. It is capable of a maximum outlet pressure of 0.83 Mpa and offers dry suction up to 6.2 mm. Despite its high capacity, the unit maintains a quiet operation at just 75 dB (measured at 70 psi), thanks to BSK’s newly engineered exhaust design. This feature also minimizes icing and reduces air consumption for improved energy efficiency and lower operating costs.

Built with ANSI and DIN standard flanges, the pump is easy to integrate into a wide range of systems. At 24.5 kg, it offers high performance without compromising on durability or portability.
