Verder VA40AA 11/2″ Double Diaphragm Pump

This is a compact, air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for medium-duty fluid transfer, container emptying, and basic dosing applications.

This metallic pump features an aluminium air section and pump housing, providing durability while maintaining a relatively lightweight design. Geolast diaphragms, valve balls, and valve seats offer chemical resistance and reliable performance across a range of fluids. The unit is capable of handling viscosities up to 15000 mPas and solids up to 4.8 mm, making it suitable for varied industrial applications. With a maximum flow rate of 443 l/min and a working pressure up to 8.4 bar, it delivers consistent and efficient operation.

The pump supports both wet and dry suction up to 5.5 mwc and operates across a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 66 °C. Its air-operated design ensures safe use in hazardous environments, supported by ATEX certification. The compact footprint allows for straightforward installation and maintenance access.
