Dense fibreglass with a thick coating of self-extinguishing high temperature silicone rubber makes up the construction of the Fire Sleeve. You can use this to to protect hoses, cables, and wire harness from damage due to exposure to extreme heat, open flame and molten splash. Fire Sleeve also provides a high degree of insulation value. This protects hot or cold or cryogenic lines, pipes and tubing from heat or cold loss. In turn this offers energy savings and abrasion resistance.

Fire Sleeve Construction:

Oil line protection sleeve rust red silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving. Braided with high purity thickened non-alkali fiberglass and then coated by silicone resin.

Fire Sleeve Application:

Main application to the steel smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, power plant, shipyard etc the high temperature areas that need to be protective of cable, hose and pipes.

Fire Sleeve Characteristics:

• This casing pipe is made with glass fiber and covered with thick iron oxide red silica gel.
• Fire resistant, flame retardant, heat insulation, insulation, anti-aging.
• Protect hoses and lines from molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination.

Temperature: 260~300℃ (outside) 500~600℃ (inner)
