Spanjaard Brake Cleaner is a heavy duty cleaner for drum disc brakes, brake cables, rotors and disc pad/drum lining surfaces. Effectively removes brake dust, dirt, grease and brake fluid deposits. Reduces disc brake squeal. Fast drying with no residue.

Applications

• Removes brake pad phenolic resins, dust and other degradation products.
• Reduces disc brake squeal. If the squeal is from a ’chatter’ of the brake pad backing plate on the calliper, a smear of Spanjaard Copper Compound on the backing plate can solve this.
• Reduces rate of wear on parts by removing contaminants from friction areas.
• No disassembly of brake system required.

Directions for use:

• Remove wheel to expose brake system.
• Make sure brake system surfaces are at ambient temperature.
• Spray surfaces liberally.
• Collect dirt in a tray.
• Allow to dry.
