Non-Silicone Mould Release Spray, Spanjaard

Spanjaard specifically formulated this mould release spray for applications where silicone-based products are unsuitable. These include the manufacture of telephone components and other electronics. Its non-silicone, non-PTFE formulation is ideal for environments requiring post-production processes. Examples of these are painting or coating, where silicone contamination could cause defects or adhesion problems.

Designed for severe conditions, the release agent is especially effective in the de-stressing of polycarbonate injection mouldings. Thus ensuring smooth part release under high temperatures without surface defects. It forms a heat-resistant wet film on the mould. As a result this reduces sticking and protects the mould during the production process, even in challenging environments.

The wet film can be easily removed with common solvents when necessary, offering flexibility for cleaning between production runs or material changes. While providing reliable release throughout moulding operations, it ensures compatibility with various post-processing activities, such as painting or bonding.
