FNBL 1½” Fuel Nozzles

FX1500 Fuel Nozzle

The 2-inch fuel nozzle offered here boasts the industry’s highest flow rate, clocking in at over 400 gallons per minute (1500 liters per minute). This unit provides a straightforward upgrade from the standard 1.5-inch system, but it is crucial to pair it with the FloMAX FRX Fuel Receiver. The FX1500 model is for hassle-free cleaning and maintenance in the field, thanks to its removable pullback assembly.

FNBL with Extended Nose

FloMAX has developed the FNBL 1.5-inch Diesel Fuel Nozzle with an extended nose to ensure that accessing tighter enclosures and custom tank configurations is not a problem for you and your team. This nozzle delivers all the same benefits of the standard FNBL nozzle, including an impressive delivery rate of over 682 liters per minute when used with a 1.5-inch hose and 950 LPM when paired with a 2-inch feed and a high-pressure nozzle shut off, despite its 1-inch extension.

It’s worth noting that this nozzle will stop flowing when disconnected from a receiver.

High Flow Couplers

Looking for a product that can endure the toughest environments and conditions? FloMAX offers High Flow connectors that can withstand the most challenging environments and conditions. These connectors come in a variety of color-coded, non-interchangeable nozzle and receiver sets to prevent fluid cross-contamination between non-mating connectors. FloMAX manufactures the connectors using 100% metal components, with stainless steel for wear components and aircraft-grade anodized aluminum for non-wear components. The billet aluminum caps are sealed with O-rings for enhanced resistance to contaminants.

Flush Face Grease Couplers

The FloMAX Flush Face Grease couplers represent an industry first, enabling users to connect and disconnect them under pressure, up to an impressive 6000 psi. These couplers feature a 1″ NPT on both the Nozzle and Receiver for maximum flow and adaptability.

To ensure trouble-free performance, even in the harshest conditions, the new design utilizes an internally sealed ball lock mechanism. This design delivers the world-class performance and flow that you require and meets all your needs.

Flush Face Couplers

In an aim to avoid any accidental contamination the FloMAX Flush Face Coupler range is also available in more than ten colours to cover multiple products. These units use an internally sealed ball lock mechanism to ensure trouble free performance even in the most harsh of conditions. The hardened Stainless Steel receiver nose ensures that these couplers operate at a higher pressure than many other dry-break connectors. They can also be connected and disconnected under pressure. 

To complete your system, this range includes a Universal Evacuation Nozzle.
